Questions
How accurate is it?
English words are checked against the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary (about 126,000 words). Unknown words use a spelling-based estimate and are marked.
How are Tagalog syllables counted?
In Tagalog every vowel (a, e, i, o, u) forms one syllable, so “aalis” has three: a-a-lis. This rule is used for Tagalog mode.
